Thank you Kendall for having the courage to share your story! It was an honor to have this important conversation with you. I hope the tips we shared help others who may be struggling with anxiety too.
Amhiel Del Rosario
Amhiel Del Rosario:
As a psychology student, this kind of conversation makes me happy. Seeing people in the big industry talk about mental health is one of the best ways to show to people that mental illness is true and not just an imagination.

To everyone asking what can Kendall Jenner be anxious about, here are few things I’d be anxious about if I was in her position! :
1 being famous and everyone knowing me and coming up to me and talking to me
2 what I look like constantly
3 flying all around the world
4 stalkers
5 my private information becoming public knowledge
6 if my friends are actually my friends or people using me
Roxy Reyes
Roxy Reyes:
Anxiety being a magnifying glass to only negative things is so true.
Jordan Reese Tidwell
Jordan Reese Tidwell:
I hate that a lot of people view having anxiety and being shy as being “rude”. My parents don’t understand my anxiety (though they say they do) because multiple times after we have met people my parents have told me that the people probably thought I was rude and stuck up. It’s really does suck.
Karina Kaplun
Karina Kaplun:
You can’t control anxiety, ppl with anxiety sometimes can’t really control of how they act especially in public, and that’s why ppl think they are being rude, when in reality they just can’t control it. I’m glad Kendal opened up about it, it makes me feel a little less lonely.

That really proves that she's really just like all of us, but only with a more famous life.

Is anyone counting how many times Kendall says "right..." or "hmm." On the other hand, I do love & admire she's actually trying to raise awareness for mental health

Ok but why is no one speaking about the part of the loved one who is not being conscious during covid . She said " I feel this” when she literally did a party for Halloween with no masks and no social distance. Make it make sense.
Grace McCoy
Grace McCoy:
the part of this video that truly sent me was when she asked Dr. Ramani how to handle anxiety over a loved one who isn't being cautious about covid...weren't you the one who had a massive birthday-halloween party during one of the worst time periods for COVID?? and then told everyone not to take any pictures or videos to avoid being called out??

Even though she has money and everything she could want doesn't mean she won't have anxiety. She's a human being too. Money doesn't by happiness she could truly be struggling!

Kendall is such a beautiful and sweet person, she talks and acts so different than her other sisters. And speaking out mental health is amazing, I hope she gets better! 💕

Suzanna Jayne
Suzanna Jayne:
How could she not have anxiety? She’s had a lot thrown at her at an early age. Bless her... I know what she is saying and I think she is helpful to talk about it.
Najsierra Colvin
Najsierra Colvin:
just talking about anxiety makes me feel even more anxious and it sucks
I find it difficult that’s she putting so much emphasis on “real” anxiety. And how people are using the term lightly. Sometimes people who are casually dropping the term “anxiety” are actually going through a lot but don’t feel comfortable enough having a serious conversation about it and exposing themselves too much. So they kind a of joke about it. Never judge a person on what you think they are going through, because you just don’t know. I found the Doctors POV very helpful though.
Rachael Shay
Rachael Shay:
When she talked about getting used to the solitary lifestyle in quarantine and alot of the expectations were gone; Then following that with saying going back into social situations now gives her anxiety I felt that immensely. I've been experiencing that myself lately and it's truly frustrating
Sham Persaud
Sham Persaud:
What is important about Kendall is that she is able to understand and express her feelings and that is also helpful to speed up healing . A problem shared, is a problem halfway to healing.

I have anxiety AND i couldn't even talk about anything personal even with my "close friends" i just have the fear of them not wanting to listem to my stories and stuff.i still suffer it to this day.i want to try and be more open with my close friends
She had a huge birthday party during covid and says she's been super isolated... sure
Anxiety is such a real thing. It interferes so much with my day. This was great to listen to.

Bárbara Montserrat Morales Campero
Bárbara Montserrat Morales Campero:
I'm glad Vogue is raising awareness on anxiety but I wish they could go a little bit deeper. Because anxiety has a lot to do with a low self-esteem and the need to be liked by everyone. Competitive and narcissist people also feel anxious when they feel they'll show weakness or imperfection. So, anxiety can be the consequence of a much more complex disorder or problem to solve. It's hard to get over anxiety if you haven't worked on your ego. It takes effort to admit that our mindset can be based on toxic principles.
Ritrisha Mondal
Ritrisha Mondal:
It's great how they are talking about this here. For people like us who can't afford therapy it's really useful because knowing more about these things helps a lot.

Joti Maan
Joti Maan:
She’s a smart girl and very aware of herself.
A great tip is to look upwards! Also straighten your back and shoulders wide.
When we feel anxious we tend to lower our head and tighten our shoulders kinda curl up a bit which does not help. So keep ur body open not closed and keep ur head up, literally.
And I promise that’s gone help you a little bit =)

I really like Dr. Ramani's videos she's so clear, concise and relatable.
She’s already had like 5 obsessed stalkers try and break into her house. I couldn’t sleep at night

@vogue, thank you so much for this, I have never related to anything more and this video really answered questions I've wondered about since I was a child. I am so proud of Kendall opening up to this because so many people can relate to this and I hope she knows she is not alone. And I am like her and can never put my thoughts into words but this video was everything I needed. <33333333
it makes me so glad that kendall is bringing attention to this. this can help so many people, as it has helped me. hopefully this will spark more conversations surrounding this topic for a wider audience. thank you kendall, Dr. Ramani, and vogue.

Anxiety has nothing to do with her privilege. She goes through human pain no matter what’s in her purse. I swear anxiety is worse than physical pain. I’m sad she feels this, and you know fame is probably most of the cause.

"I feel this" you literally had parties during the lockdown
tetsu's nii-chan
tetsu's nii-chan:
whenever my anxiety attacks i ;

• excessively sweat to the point where i smell too much and i hate it.

• delay / shortness of breath.

• feels dizzy and uncomfy. my shoulders are always heavy and not eased down.

• i feel like everyone is looking at me and judging me.

• negative thoughts like how i used to be called ugly or judged very often comes back up to my mind.

• i feel like dying at that very moment.

_- seriously, anxiety isn't a joke. several people who'd chosen to do suicide had to suffer the same thing. may we all heal together and make the best out of life finally unbothered. remember_ *you're not alone.* ♡

I really relate to the magnifying glass note; I literally thought I had sepsis, a stone in my mouth, lymph node cancer, damaged vocal cords when it was only jaw pain lmao
orion brooke
orion brooke:
using the term loosely while saying you’re feeling anxious is valid. anxiety is a natural human reaction to adrenaline. anxiety DISORDER or PANIC disorder is a whole other level.
Madeline Annabella
Madeline Annabella:
I completely understand having anxiety but what I don't understand is people who belittle others and laugh about it
as a person who has had anxiety their whole life i really do understand what shes going through just because she doesn't talk or do much doesn't mean she is trying to come off as "rude" she is just scared of being judged can anybody with anxiety agree on this

Love how you said the nice things about anxiety! We don't hear that enough. Looking at my own anxiety that way helps me find a way to embrace it so I can live a balanced live with it :) Daily training my body and mind to interact better through using both to influence the other is the other key I found :)

it gives me less anxiety when I knew that like a people like Kendall experiencing that same situation that give her anxiety same as mine, and it gives me realizations that "oh she's rich and have all of things , but she's have anxiety" in that realization it helps I'm not the only one whose have anxiety :)

I "love" Dr. Ramani her channel is amazing(dealing w/Narcissists) so I'm glad this was done w/her. I'm not a fan of the Kardashian/Jenner clan, but I respect Kendall for putting herself out there like she did. Anxiety of any sort is hard to talk about/deal with/control. alot of people have food allergies which can mimic anxiety symptoms, like hyperventalating, headache, dizziness, shaking, nausea, brain fog, when people are having "anxiety" they should think about what food they just ate and what did they just have to drink?...caffeine can also cause alot of problems, as can sugar intake.....write down foods and drinks to see if these attacks happen after something has been consumed :) i have both food allergies, and anxiety/panic attacks and it can be difficult knowing which is which.....
