Teen arrested after fatal shooting at Jacob Blake protest in Wisconsin

Three people were shot, two fatally, during an overnight protest in Kenosha, Wisconsin, over the police shooting death of Jacob Blake. A 17-year-old is being held on suspicion of first-degree intentional homicide. Mola Lenghi has the details.

Nice narrative building. Failed to show the part where the shooter stayed at the scene and got on the phone to report the shooting before he was chased off by the same people chasing him down the street in the video. He didn't fire on them until one swung a skateboard at him and the other he shot in the arm had a pistol.
The cops likely drove by him because they were headed to the scene of the shooting..

Jacob Blake had a warrant for his arrest. Jacob was tazed by police and he ripped out the wires, the car he was trying to get into was not his but rented by his girlfriend, he refused a legal command to stop and not go in the car, when he reached into the car after his previous actions the officer had justified cause to shoot. His actions were arrogant and irrational and illegal, he tazed that means at some point he resisted arrest, If the city had a backbone they would not give him a dime.
